My profile in PEI EOI system has expired, can i now apply to different provinces under EOI system?

Hello,

Two months ago my profile at PEI under EOI system has expired (though my login account is still active), now i want to apply for SINP under EOI system.so now can i apply for the same?
or do i have to take down my account completely at PEI EOI portal, before creating my profile at SINP EOI system
