- Eligibility - need 67+ points so you need to increase your IELTS scores to get to 67 (just guessing)
- Funds - increase to $20000k for 3 people
- Experience - Have NOC A, B or 0 experience.

You still don't have enough FSW points to qualify (you have 66 and need 67).

Also, you can't have a NOC C occupation as your primary NOC.

Can you improve your IELTS to be eligible again? What was your former primary NOC if you were eligible. You will have to use it.

As of now my Ielts score is Listening: 8, Reading 6.5, Writing: 6.5; speaking : 7. My previous NOC was 2172 (A)
