yes they said i been enter the country on 2014 with 2 different visa but on 2013 there's no information i been enter to the country or the visa number but they said the visa photo it's real visa and the stamp too and i asked the officer he can get that in the writing from costa rica immgartion ,then he got made and said that's not my job then he called the police and the police came the embassy arrest me then they took my passport and they put the information in the system then they found my document all good and they siad sorry for that.

Why would a CIC officer call the police and have you arrested? What exactly did you do to prompt such an act? That is NOT the normal thing during an interview. If you have otherwise overstepped a boundary you might find it very difficult to get them to even listen to your side of the story at all.

because the officer said my passport it's fake.no i didn't get arrested the poilce came and cheek my documents then he said u have a good day.

Very sorry for you! It must be a difficult time. I don't know anything about these cases, but may be you can try searching for appeal procedures under spousal appeals thread. People in that thread could guide you better.

thank you

Your case is easy to verify, you most have purchased your airplane ticket via credit card, the record is there,
and you can verify it easily, Also the airline should have a record, just need to indicate the date that you flew and
time of your flight.... You can appeal and present all the documents that they are requiring if you have a legitimate
case.

Yes you should be able to get some proof. The airlines will have a record of your travel there. Contact them

When you left Costa Rica on the two trips, which country did you return to? You could order your travel records from the country (it should show when you entered). Also, contact the airline(s) and see if they can find copies of your boarding passes. If you can prove CIC made an error, you could get the file re-opened but time is of the essence.
