I am so sorry :( I don't have any real answers, but do you by any chance have any other paperwork that you filled in for your visa . Any documents plane tickets any thing that can show you were in the country . Not sure of your story but i would fight this tooth and nail .

Your best bet is to contact a lawyer. They will be able to help you

What did the letter exactly say from CIC, and did you apply via outland or inland?

i apply for outland , said i reached this determination after conducting a verifcation with costa rican authorities that visa and stamp entry on your passport is fraudulent and you never been in costa rica on 12 january 2014.Also there's no information in the system that you enter the country .
thats what he write in the later ,after the interview said i will make sure you will never go to canada in the future .

the lawyer want 6000$ in cash

If you have actually visited the costa rica, shouldn't you have flight tickets, hotel receipts and picture to show it?

There has to be something he can show...

Think hard. You must have something to show.
As said: pictures, flight tickets...

Were you called in for an interview??

I hope you didn't obtain the visa with the costa rican government via fraudulent purposes if so, there is nothing a lawyer can do help you. That in itself is a crime. If you did enter costa rica legally, you should have some type of documentation stating this, if you do i would file an appeal immediately with this information. Immigration lawyers are mostly likely useless , most of them just want your money and give you false hopes. I would find whatever documentation you have that shows you entered costa rica legally and obtained the visa legally, otherwise no one and no lawyer wil lbe able to help you as that is clear misrepresentation.

Can't you request the entry/exit records from Costa Rica yourself?
It sounds strange that Costa Rica would tell CIC they have no record of you, if you provided your visa number used at the time. Could be something like a misspelling of your name or something?

i took to the lady at the embassy and she said that it might be the person who entry the data made mistake and yea i'm allow to go to costa rica,i'm thinking just fly there and go to the police station .

No i'm not talking about your passport stamps, I mean that every country maintains an entry/exit list of people who have visited or live in that country. So Costa Rica immigration should be able to get your entry/exit document which would clearly show the dates you were there. If Costa Rica told CIC this doesn't exist for you, then it means most likely someone in Costa Rica made a data entry error or completely lost a bunch of files or something like that.

If you do go to Costa Rica i'm not sure if the police station can help, you may need to go to the government office that deals with immigration tracking.

yes they said i been enter the country on 2014 with 2 different visa but on 2013 there's no information i been enter to the country or the visa number but they said the visa photo it's real visa and the stamp too and i asked the officer he can get that in the writing from costa rica immgartion ,then he got made and said that's not my job then he called the police and the police came the embassy arrest me then they took my passport and they put the information in the system then they found my document all good and they siad sorry for that.
