Like I said, I would give no false hopes or second guess things. You just have to hang in their and wait for the process to take its time. Be hopeful. Good luck.

AOR is received after your submit your application post ITA. Its an electronic auto generated email in your mycic inbox.

No one knows for sure the stages for evaluation. Probably they will check all your documents and verify them. Once they are satisfied, they will issue you a PPR and a subsequent COPR.

You can go through the GCMH notes some of the applicants posted and you will have some idea on how they proceed with verification.

Nice story. Congrats on your PR. Where do you upload your index page after post ITA? I thought you need to upload everything online.

What i meant was that if you have multiple documents in a file, for instance you worked with 3 companies and have pile of documents, you can start with an index page or table of content. This will make it easy for officer to review. This is just a suggestion and not a gurantee on success. I bet people have been successful without doing this extra effort.

Congratulations Buddy.

I noticed that you got your ITA in Oct. AOR in Nov. and COPR in Jan16.... that's pretty fast. I was under impression that CIC takes a minimum of 6 months for processing outland applicants. Do you have a Canadian degree or Canadian work permit or is it that CIC does faster processing for PNP candidates ?.

5. The waiting period is the most stressful part and personally I used this time for my advantage and started assisting folks on this forum instead of anticipating, second guessing or assuming things. I knew that CIC will process my application sooner or later but their was nothing I could do to speed up the process, so I did not fret on timelines, BG checks in progress and all that mumbo jumbos. I was prepared for the worst but was equally confident about my documents.
I completely agree with No. 5

Once I had submitted my application, I started assisting and helping people that were going through the same process. It is excruciating and quite nerve wrecking, just have to stay calm and try to just think about the positive.
