My PR is taken longer than usual

Hi, please can anyone help,
Medical exam passed on August 23, 2019
Biometric completed 26, August 2019. My 6months processing time elapsed on feb1 2020. And my messages read that it's taken longer than usual. I filled a web form and the response says" we can confirm that your application is still processing and we will try to finish up as soon as possible". It's been 2weeks and my eligibility still says " under review" background check still processing and final decision "still in progress" . Note I do not have request for additional documents. Does anyone know how long till it gets finished or what the issue might be. The anxiety is killing

Well, I think you should order GCMS and check if there is review required for your application. In that case brother, I applied on 29th June 2018 and still waiting for an outcome.

what, that's a year and 7 months already, did you do anything proactively?
