My pr expire in.07 may 2017. Can.I susponsring.my wife even.my pr.expire or.I need to.wait until.I.renw my pr?
I need to wait other 6mounth to.renw my.pr until.I meet the obligation physique presence

You cannot sponsor your wife until you meet the Residency Obligation.

Even my wife and my 2kids they ve tourist visa to enter canada for 9mounth? Is there any way to susponsring.them.here when there are in.canada?
And im.worry about my kids.bec they ve 4years and 1years old.and is easy tonth get sick. And u know.it.cost alot of.money if.I.take.them to docter.
Is there anybway for insurance tourist

you mean pr card or pr status?
if you can meet the residency obligation then it's fine(730 days out of 5 years), you can sponsor your wife at anytime. The status won't expire .
if that is not your case then yes,you need to be qualified as a sponsor first.
