My PR app approved in EE. I going to get Marry in Apr 2016. Adding Spouse now ?

I got mail from CIC for passport request couple of days before, My marriage was fixed by parents in end of last year to a Indian Citizen girl, she never visited
or does not hold Canada visa. I am planning for register marriage in Jan 2016 after the engagement but before the traditional marriage(April 2016).

1. Is it possible to add my future spouse to my PR application once I get the marriage certificate?
2. Will this affect my current PR application ?
3. Is it possible to hold my PR application process(COPR & landing) until I get married and add spouse to my PR application ? I am not sure this is a better way but kindly advise.

Please suggest me if you have any better ideas.. I am in difficult situation and not sure what to do next.. Kindly help...

If you get married, you MUST inform CIC as long as your application is being processed. Once you get your COPR and PR card, you can marry without affecting your application. She will be able to get temporary visiting visa.
