my possibilities to get student visa ? (may 2015)

hello everybody,
please help me i am worried about my profile as i am intending to apply for student visa for may 2015 intake,
i have completed my graduation in may 2012 and after that i worked in dubai for a year (worked till dec 2013),
1). my ielts score is 7.5,6.5,6.5,5.5,=6.5 , i heard that 6 band is required in each module under SPP category but i checked some college's website and their program where they are accepting 5.5 band in one module (that program is relevant to my field), so would it be beneficial to communicate with them further ?? or its also a embassy requirement to have 6 in each( but as some saying embassy don't interfere if college is accepting as per requirement)
or

2). i also heard about a category called S1 or general ,through which you can apply for study visa with English program with main education,so please help me i need your sound advice ,

IELTS bands can make your profile more strong and youre eligible for studying in PG diplomas. but you have to make a strong SOP stating about everything including your gap, your work and how current study will help you in your work experience.

hey parry,sorry to hear about your visa refusal, can you please mention the reason of refusal and of course, try to overcome it and apply for may intake and best of luck for this time, did you apply under SPP or general ?

I applied for study permit for fall semester 2014.i submit my application in august and received email for medical in November.i have passed my medical but embassy send email to me in which they asked for a new acceptance letter.i called my university which is university of Toronto but they says that they only give admission to new student in September now I m so worried bcoz embassy asked for acceptance letter of jan 2015 now plz help in this regard that what should I do now?plz somebody help me I m so upset.my future is on fire at this time,plzzz helpppp urgently

you will get it easily, Embassy can't reject application on the basis of IELTS if your college has accepted you then it wont be an issue you can receive visa easily.. just add a good SOP. that's it..

it wont be a problem if you college or uni have accepted you. visa officer can't refuse your application on the basis of ielts.
