You know your points, mean you know how to calculate points and what are the factors contribute to your points. Why do you ask this question? Am I missing something?

I checked online tool if i am eligible to apply or not. It was 66 out of 100.
But my Csr score was showing 416 points.
I am a bit confused about this as i am new to this. I am planning to apply in next year beginning.

I have just checked the information given on website. My eligibility points were showing 66. Whereas 67 is the cutoff for applying.

If I am calculating on the basis of this, its coming to 66. What can i do to increase this score?
well what is you info! What are you lacking etc... You should look at that. If your IELTS scores are low or average for example, retake the test

I only have bachelors, one year work experience. My ielts score is good.
If i go for some diploma or certificate, will it count?
I know basic french as well but not enough to get any points.

With a bachelors degree and 1 year work ex and CLB 9 or CLB 10, you will get 66 points only. You either need 1 more year of work ex or another degree/diploma. If you have a relative in Canada, you can get 5 additional points.

but the relative won't do a thing if it's not a sibling when applying as a FSW.
Get more work experience or a better diploma. Try the student route etc... the 67 score will work for eligibility but you gotta see what each stream requires

What kind of a diploma can i do? Should it be 1 year or it can be less?

Relative can get them 5 FSW points which will make the total as 71 points and make them eligible for FSW. The CRS will stay same unless they have a sibling in which case, additional 15 points will be gained in CRS.
