Hello everyone!

I would like to ask a question. I'll finish my 1 year Canadian work experience this October.

What points will I get after that?? I'm confused at the "Skill transferability factors" section.

Core / human capital factors
Age: 99
Education: 120
Language: 136*
Canadian work experience: 40
Skill transferability factors
[Education - With good official language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark Level [CLB] 7 or higher) and a post-secondary degree] : 25*
[Education - With Canadian work experience and a post-secondary degree] : 13 <- Can I add up this one??
[Foreign work experience With good official language proficiency ] : 50*
[Foreign work experience – With Canadian work experience] : 25 <- Can I add up this one??

Total: 508

* If I get CLB 10 on all the sections...

If this calculation is correct, I'll study for English test more... 508 could be enough score to get an ITA isn't it??

Thank you in advance. I really need this calculation for my future hope...

Max point for skill transferability is 100. Max 50 for education and max 50 for foreign work exp. so your points would be 395 + 38 + 50 = 483 which is good to get ITA.

Thank you! I overlooked that the maximum point was 100.

So is that mean I can't add

[Foreign work experience – With Canadian work experience]

?

:)

Sorry, why my points are 395 + 38 + 50 = 483 ?

Can I calculate Skill Transferability as 100 points?
-> 395 + 50 + 50 = 495 ?

No, as mentioned it's max 50 points for education and max 50 points for foreign work experience.

You will get 38 for education and 50 for foreign work experience.

Use the CIC's comprehensive Ranking Tool. Here is the link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

It will give you accurate score.

Now I got it. Thank you! I'll prepare for "CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities" which seems to be impossible for me :(

Use CRS tool it wil give exact idea, try to change the IELTS score to get the idea how much you need to score in each section of IELTS.
