MY PGDM college is shut down. Now, How can I get my transcript for WES?

Hi, I have completed my PGDM from Advent Institute of Management, Udaipur in the year 2010. Unfortunately I got to know that college is shut down 5 years back. I went to their register office and when I asked for Transcript they says that they do not provide transcripts to any student. I'm really worried and not knowing what to do as I'm losing a score for Canada PR drastically. This college is AICTE approved but the reception guy said that their degree is not equivalent to MBA as they have not registered under association of Indian Universities. Can anyone help me on what to do and how to get transcripts ?

1. Try to get it in writing from registrar about the college being shut and transcripts cannot be provided.
2. Get your Mark's memo signed and stamped from registrar if possible. Put it seal envelope and then send it for ACS
3. If you find any evidence of course being AICTE approve then save it in PDF file e.g internet links, any memo
4. Do not go to WES, instead send it IQAS / ICES or both parallel.
5. There are 6 bodies who does ACS, except WES and UOT try reach all 4 others Nd for that get 4 sets ready.

You have to take you chances. It is time consuming and money consuming process.

2) They take 3 to 4 months for evaluation. Is that true ?
3) Registrar as in college registrar ?
4) I have done Master of commerce (distance mode) and PGDM degree(full time) simultaneously. Can I keep both the degrees along with bachelor degree for evaluation with WES or any other evaluation authority?

If you have MCom, then why are you worried about your PGDBM? Get your ECA done for your Bachelor and MCom. This will fetch you points for two or more certificates. Distance education doesn't matter
