My Passport has an unused visa for another country

Hi i am from Philippines,

i recently got a canadian visitors visa approved and then they requested me to send my philippines passport to the embassy in manila ( passport request letter) probably for stamping.

in my passport, i have a visa to another country that has expired on feb 8,2024. I did not travel to this country for personal reasons even though i received a visa for it. Also there is no departure/arrival or any travel history to this country

is it an issue if the canadian embassy who granted me my canadian visitors visa see’s an unused visa to another country ?

i dont think so but i thought id ask.
