I have land in canada , received my PR but i am thinking of giving birth in France. My partner is Canadian, what document do i need to have to be able to travel with the child.

A notarized letter from your husband authorizing the baby/child to travel with you, even without him present.

Once the child is born, if the father received his Canadian citizenship through birth or naturalization, you will have to apply for proof of citizenship http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof-how.asp at the same time you can apply for a limited validity passport for the child.
