My occupation 1121 Human resources professionals is not included in 50 eligible occupations. Should I apply for FSW program. Much Worried.

Quoting CIC website these are the minimum requirements:

1) at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience
a) in a single occupation
b) within the last 10 years
c) at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC)

AND

You have this work experience in one of the eligible occupations,
OR

You have a valid offer of arranged employment,
OR

You are an international student who is enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or who graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet these criteria.

Human Resources is an eligible occupations if you have experience as a MANAGER NOC 0112 if not, you cannot apply unless you have a job offer or if your are part of the PHD programs, if not you are not eligible.

You MUST have at least 1 year of paid present and/or past work experience in the last 10 years match one of the Eligible NOCs.

If 1121 is the only NOC you can match then I am afraid you cannot apply for FSW for this year.

My title was HR Executive but my job responsibilities match with Eligible NOC Human Resources Manager, does the title should be the same or responsibilities. (3.5 year Exp)

but my current designation is not HR Manager its HR Assistant and responsibilities are different than HR Manger. Should I mention both experiences or Just above mentioned experience.

I am worried :(

You have to have experience as HR Manager, probably you studied HR and your responsibilities match with a HR manager but for FSWP you need to match your studies AND your professional experience and you have to be able to prove that. For instance, you work now as an HR assistant, therefore you are not eligible because your work certificates would says assistant not manager.
