My name is spelt wrong on my marriage certificate

Hi, I was wondering if it would be a problem if my name and my dad's name is spelt wrong (they used "EE" invested of "I" in our names) on my marriage certificate from Pakistan. Can I simply attach a note to let them know about the mistake or I will need to get that corrected before I can submit it.

The best advice is get it correct before submit to CIC. It's main n important document for spouse case as well as u need it whole life to do any paper work or for apply anything like as visitor visa for any another country, during citizenship process, to open joint bank account etc. So don't take a risk cuz now it'll take only fews days to make it correct but
