Yes. That is why I am staying and initiated this. In Ontario, there is a 3 month waiting period before it gets active. And few other clause like one has to stay for 182 days something to that effect. I saw these policies while signing up, but didn't get a copy to post here the details. Have to google and find out.

Unless you stay for the full three months and then are only gone for only a month during the next 6 months you need to reapply and start the whole process all over again or you are committing health care fraud.

I also have a digital driving licence (online verified document like Aadhar). Will that be sufficient or is an extract still required?

Secondly, to get an extract, do I have to go to the RTO which issued my license (Delhi) or any RTO will do (planning to get in Mumbai).
