My mother is handicapped. Due to arthritis she moves with difficulties and has problems to take care of herself. It progresses so quickly and soon she will be absolutely helpless.
There are no more relatives in my back county. She is absolutely alone. I getting crazy and don’t know what I have to do. How I can speed up Application process? I am ready to bring her here,
pay insurance. How I can do it?

There is no legal way that I know to "speed up" the application process.
Sorry, it all takes time, we all have to wait.

This is one of the (rare) occasions where consulting an expert (lawyer or certified immigration agent) might be a good idea. There may be (should be) ways to get such cases fast-tracked.
