My mother-in-law got Visitor visa, now she wants to visit Canada

My mother-in-law just got Visitor visa, she is from India and fully vaccinated with COVISHIELD vaccine. Can some1 help me how to book ticket? Does she have to come through 3rd country? or Does anyone know new rules of visitor visa after sept 7?

There are no direct flights from India at this time. Yes, she will need to travel via a third country. Check the International Students section of the forum. There is an active thread there discussing options for flying from India to Canada while direct flights are banned.
