Are they still accepting parents class sponsorship? I don't think so!

CIC web site mentions that it is on-hold and average processing time for phase 1 is 2 years, phase 2 averaged to be 4 years

Apply for super visa but all medical expenses has to be borne by her.

Yes, you all right. I mean that, he/she must do some research before asking.
All of us/or me / done a lot of work before apply.
