Hello,
I landed with my PR 3 years ago with common-law sponsorship,

but however, I am no longer with her.

Does this take away my permanent residency status?
Im sure it doesn't but just in case, I would ask here.

Do I need to tell immigration or government etc that I am no longer in common-law relationship?
I guess I file my tax as single, right?

Thank you for reading this.

No, nothing to do. The "conditional permanent residence" law hasn't come into effect yet so you have nothing to worry about. And yes, let the CRA know asap as you're required to advise them or marital status changes. You'll have to file your taxes as single from now on.
