Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I am a skilled worker applicant and was waiting for my medical. I received a letter from NDVO today that my degree is fake. They have made a mistake, i am going to my institute tommorow to prepare for a reply which is to be made within 30 days. Please advice, what to do.

Did you include original transcripts? If you did I would send another original with the signature of the school registrar notarized (notarizing profs that the person was really signing the transcripts). Also try to request a letter where they state the period of study and the degree you obtained also notarized

Given that you are being honest a good proof will be enough

hi

am sorry to hear what happened..first of all be patient and don't loose your nerves...sometimes errors do occur...in my opinion you should make an affidavit signed by notary public, an oath that your degree is genuine and if they want to verify they should contact your university and also get a letter from your university saying that degree is genuine including deatils like serial number, your roll number, date of issuance etc and they can verify the degree from your university.. put the details of a person (registrar) signing the letter like his phone number, email and ask them if they want to verify they can contact that person..if also possible certify it from ministry of foreign affairs or some higher authority to make it look more authentic...

i hope that would be accpeted and you will pass....

May I know which university you graduated from?

Hi Sorry to hear about the sad news. I know it will be late to do what i have done. I had read about this kind of stuff online, so i decided after graduation to send all my documents to be verified by World Education Canada. I also included copy of the evaluation to my documents to avoid this kind of letters.

Hope you find a quick solution.

Canadaforall,

To be honest I don't think that World Education Canada would add much to the genuineness of your application. All they do is compare how the curriculum of your studies compare to Canadian. If you read in the example it clearly states that they do not verify your information (see below). It is simply an evaluation based on the information you provided regardless if its genuine or not.

I agree with Rod.

Get the transcripts from your university and send it within that 30 days time given.
That is the only way.
You don't have time for any other thing.
All the best.
