My PR Card,Landing Paper is having Last Name = First Name + Last Name and First Name = Blank.
Eg. First (Given) Name is MARK JOHN SMITH. Last name(surname) :---------
In the above example, want to make First (given) name: MARK JOHN and Last name (surname): SMITH
My birth country passport is having correct First name and last name detail
1. Currently I am i process of applying for canadian citizenship, what should i do so that i will be having correct First name , last name in my canadian passport.
2. In CIT 002 form Point 4 b) "Have you changed your name or gender" do I need to say "Yes" though there is no name change and its more of correcting the mistake made by CIC.
3. If I will just provide my passport to CIC for correction in my name, will that work , do i need to provide any canadian document as well?
