At checkin counter of China Airlines at IGI i was amazed to see a chinese gal speaking punjabi.
flight was late 30 mints (IST )
Boarded at New Delhi Airport from Terminal 3 on China Airline Flight, seats were congested..but the in plane service was very quick n prompt...Air Hostesses were speaking Chinese, English, Hindi & Punjabi. Food from New delhi to Taipei sector was good.. but not the tea.. we were served chinese tea..coffee was good
landed taipei exactly on time.. oh.. what a airport...headed towards boarding counter by a fast moving tram. security gadgets were state of art.. no new tags given to us... it took 2 to 3 minutes to clear the security check at taipei..
now we had 2 hours to board our connecting flight.. then we begin to explore the airport shops... i cud not resist myself from shopping... forget that i had to show funds on landing at YVR....thank god my CC was working... bought some really nice cookies for 240 taiwan dollor nearly 7 USD
& mineral water & diet coke for 80 taiwanese dollors
big problem of language there... guys on shops do not know english well
