I am really so confused, I don't know what step to take, I apples for visitors Visa for my kids and I, I got an Email to submit my passport for my visa but my kids ages 7 and 10 years were refused Visa.
on the ground that we did not submit their birth certificate and/or authorization to travel.
We submitted this the very day we applied, then I got an Email on 16th May 2023 still asking for same thing, which I submitted again on 17th May 2023 which was acknowledged by a congratulatory message sent to me for additional documents, then on 30th May I got an Email only to see that they were refused Visa based on same birth certificate and authorization to travel.
But I submitted their birth certificate, consent letter from my husband, thier Dad and even his passport data page as requested, still they refused them.
I am being advised to appeal, please what can I do
on the ground that we did not submit their birth certificate and/or authorization to travel.
