Hi, I am confused if my experience will count or not if my experience letter will say the title produce clerk (noc c) and job duties will be of produce department supervisor (noc b). Would that be a fraudulent representation?

Thats my confusion. So I work at metro and I am a produce clerk in the system and there is already a supervisor and manager above me but my store manager is ready to give me a letter that will say that i’m a produce clerk with all the roles that supervisor does as she is so scared to write produce supervisor as there is already a person at that position and I am also doing those duties. So thats why I want to know would that letter be eligible since my job duties align with produce supervisor noc and only title will be different.

Assume your salary aligns with a supervisor because that is another thing that IRCC will look at. They will look at whether you are making the salary of that NOC. If you are and job duties align then you may be okay. If IRCC follows up then your manager will have to explain why you are a supervisor but a designated a produce clerk. Metro is a well known grocery chain so IRCC can easily look up job postings with duties and salary.
