i assume desktop support is not a postion to be sponsored by an employer in Canada? You would have to be a network engineer with 10 years experience or a database administrator to get an employer to sponsor you right?

OK I'll take a shot at it since no one's biting. ;D

You do have a very good set of skills that would attract a lot of attention here in Alberta. A+ certification is a big thing, so are the various Microsoft certifications. You might want to revise the bullet points under each job experience; instead of showing what you DID, emphasize what you CONTRIBUTED. This gives the sense of customer first. Also try to elaborate more on your college accomplishments, they tend to look into how you completed school. Add some civic or community-related activities and accomplishments to make you a well-rounded individual. And lastly, it wouldn't hurt to have a separate list of your skills/proficiencies in a different section of your resume, rather than listing them down under your job experience; I'm having difficulty making them jump out of the resume.

About sponsorship, uhm, that may be hard to tell but your best bet would be your local employment agency. Large companies tend to hire the best and the brightest only (which you probably are) while recruitment agencies here in CA prefer landed immigrants only (already with PR).

Hope this helps.
