My interview is two days from now. Is this enough proof.

Hi guys :)
Were ready to send my hubby off to Vienna to do his dreaded interview. He lives in Canada on work visa. We applied outland, and now he has to to to vienna to do his interview and bring more proof of relationship, financial interdependence, cohabitation etc.
We have:
-joint lease agreement
-doduments with the same address
-bills that are arriving to the same address
-we have 15 hotel bills from traveling in Ontario. That is in his name, but the booking company gave me the summary of all confirmations adding me as a guest. Should I bring both, single confirmations and summary of all of them, or should I just bring the summary with my name on as well.
-we live together, but I printed out 50 pages (randomly) ti prove that were sending txt messages to each other, from time to time, just any other normal couple.
-30 photos
Does this sound sufficient?

you need more gift receipts, dl,bank cards, credit cards, benefit cards, pension cards, lease, cell, hydro, credit card, Costco or other membership cards, nortraized letters from friends and family, mail in both your names toget her, if you have a pet together vet bills with your names, moreally pics of you two at parties with friends and family I suggest you do a notarized letter from you and tell them how long you been together insight of your relationship and marriage and about him and how much you want him to stay for good

This is all we have.
We didn't have the immigration frame of mind, so we did not get joint accounts, pets, and such. We also did not save receipts for gifts. I would have never thought of that.
That's for the info

Maybe some letters from your parents, his parents, siblings,... assessing that your are in genuine relationship and living together for more than a year.

Maybe one letter from both of you explaining your interdependence, the way you split expenses.

For the 30 photos, make sure you have from different period of time, different locations, picture with your family, with his family, friends. The idea is to show you've been together for a long time, you traveled together, your families and friends are aware of the relationship.

What you listed seems good enough, but put as much as you can think about.

I wish you the best!

We had none of that, except the photos. Each case is different. Just pull it together, and go in confident. That's my best piece of advice.

Oh, and in my husband's interview? They asked nothing about our relationship - they did ask what my father does for a living though, even though he is retired. Be prepared for random questions that to you make no sense but for CIC is a way to check that you are in a genuine relationship. And what helped? I went to Europe to be outside the gate at his interview. THAT makes a big difference.

I totally agree!

The point is to show them genuineness of cohabitation at least for one year supported by whatever evidences they have...in an organized manner.

At this point we really do not have anything else to include. I wish we had the 'immigration frame of mind' (the phrase I've heard here for the first time. I mean, how hard is it to open a joint account or list somebody as a co driver on your car. It takes somebody literally five minutes to do it, but we just haven't thought of that. We could have had elaborate 2 lb applications, but nobody really guided us and the person who did never mentioned any of these. Oh well. It's done. Husbands leaving in a few hours and I feel like I'm dying. It's the uncertainty that is killing me. I don't want him to go, I will miss him terribly.
Thanks guys
If I had known about this forum before, I would be much calmer now.

If I were you, Lena, I wouldn't sweat it nearly as badly as you seem to be. Most of the answers on this thread all appear to be geared toward proving COMMON LAW cohabitation. I see multiple statements about proving this for a year, gift receipts, joint accounts, so on an so forth.

I didn't have an interview when I was immigrating, but I can tell you, we didn't send much more than what you currently are sending with hubby for his interview, in our original package. I assume you are legally married and if so, then the burden of proof is much less cumbersome than that to prove common law.

Best of luck to you and your husband will be home soon! :D

me and my husband is legally married to but he in March 6 of this year they asked for proof of relationship for them to continue on My husband permanent residence application our case was inland spousal sponsorship so we send 2 lbs our rep FedEx it i got sponsor approval on March 10 2017 and April 21 2017 he got decison made aip and landing interview and on Friday April 28 2017 he had his landing interview with that 2 lbs of proof our case was strong and they randomly picked people for interview or randomly pick couples for proof of relationship so congratulations if you did not do interview or proof of relationship plus my husband is from portugal which is visa exempt so it took us 17 months inland spousal sponsorship instead of 26 months

Carol, thanks for trying to help me out, but I'm saying I do not have 2lbs of proof. I just don't. You have mentioned the fact that you have two pounds of proof in couple occasion on this tread. I mean it is only freaking me out even more, since I only have what I listed at the beginning of the post.
