DEAR FRIENDS,

I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD GUIDE ME HOW TO GO ABOUT IF A FILE IS REFUSED, DUE TO DELAY IN SUBMITTING THE FINAL DOCUMENTS, AFTER SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW.

I WAS INTERVIEWED IN SEP 2007 AND TOLD THAT EVERY THING WAS FINE, OUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WHERE VERIFIED ETC..WE HAD ENGAGED A CONSULTANT BASED AT CANADA IN 2002 WHO WAS REPRESENTING OUR CASE. DUE TO CERTAIN UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES THE LAST DOCUMENTS DID NOT REACH THE OFFICE CONCERNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME. AND SINCE THEN THE CONSULTANT IS REFUSING TO HELP US AND HAVE JUST SEND US A E-MAIL SAYING THAT THE FILE IS REFUSED AS HE HAS ALREADY TAKEN THE FULL FEES OF $ 3000 OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.

I WAS GIVEN ALL THE ASSURANCE THAT I WILL GET THE VISA, BUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSE FROM HIS. I AM DISAPPOINTED AS , I HAD BEEN PREPARING MY CHILDREN FOR HIGHER STUDIES IN CANADA , MOREOVER IT WAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR US TOO TO TAKE UP SOME HIGHER STUIDES.

I AM VERY SORRY IF I SHOULD NOT ADDRESS THIS ISSUE IN THIS FORUM. BUT I DEFNITELY WANT URGENT HELP. AS I HAVE LOST SO MANY YEARS WAITING AND ALONG ALL MY HARDEARNED MONEY WAS INVESTED FOR THIS PURPOSE AND MORETHAN THAT IS GOING THROUGH ALL THE STRENOUS PROCESS. AND AT THE END IT HEAR THIS DISAPPOINTING NEWS.

PLEASE DO HELP ME

I can imagine how stress you are in at the moment. However, you have to be strong emotionally. It was totally the responsibility of your lawyer/agent/representative to take all the initiatives to update your file on a timely manner. If CIC have already taken the decision, I guess there is not much you can do accept appealing or apply for PR again.

Meantime, you can look for admission to Canada as a student (also for your students, as you said you want your son/daughter to be educated in Canada). If they are ready to go to college or universities, I guess you can try for them to get admission in colleges/universities then apply for student visa. Once they are in Canada, they can study for couple of years then apply for PR. They can also gain job experience by this time.

These are just my opinions. I hope your stress ends soon!

Thank you.
