My file is mpnp.

2014 Application Intake is closed for all skilled workers except those whose assessed connection is Manitoba Employment or Manitoba Invitation.

Also - Your scores are too low therefore Ineligible for MPNP

I need 20 points to get 67 for FSW

The minimum score required by CIC for FSW program is a "6" in all four sections. Therefore, your husband's scores are ineligible. He will need to retake the test and score at least a "6" in all categories to be eligible.

Hi,

My wife 's IELTS score as below

L-5.5

R-5.5

W-5.5

S-4.5

Overall -5.0

As per adapatability points, if spouse gets CLB level 4 or above, she gets 5 points for langauage .I need 5 points to get overall 67 for FSW.

My understanding is that she got CLB level 4 and so 5 points under spouse lanaguage points. Please confirm the above points enough for CLB level 4 and she will get 5 points for spouse lanaguage points?

Listening = 4.5
Reading = 3.5
Writing = 4
Speaking = 4

Listening 7.5 means CLB level 8 so points obtained are 5
Speaking 7 means CLB level 9 so points obtained are 6
Writing and reading 6 means CLB level 7 so points obtained are 4 each

Total Points =5+6+4+4=19

Hi,

Your scores are ineligible for FSW. You must score at least a "6" or above in all four sections to be eligible.
