No one can tell you if a study permit will be approved or not. You can apply for it but will have to show very strong ties to your home country.

No, it won't help you in anyway. You will have to prove your profile on an individual basis. With 2 refusals, your chances are slim to none.

Why did you get refused twice for a tourist visa?

Visa officer is not satisfied that at end of my journey I will return to India he feels that I dont have strong family ties in India.

6) Previous refusal letter
7) Employer letter, leave sanction letter
8) Cash payment vouchers, and detail letter (of my consultancy)
9) Marriage certificate with Marriage photos
10) IDBI Bank statement ( my own funds were shown i.e. 10000 Cad $)
11) Income tax returns last two years(2013-14 & 2014-15)
12) Bank of India statement
13) Gold receipts
14) Visiting card (showing i have my personal practice in India)
15) MSc. DFSM ID, registration details
16) Affidavit for change in name

No - it's not a strong tie.

You have only option of spouse open work permit left, study permit chances are very slim. To know more about it refer to other sections in the forum.

The chance of study permit approval is very slim as was mention above,

try the open work permit or wait at least 6 month then try to apply again for tourist visa

Formula is simple...Look at your academic grades, the closer they are to 100, the more stronger ties you prove.
