HI,
I am married to my husband who is on removal orders.
So basically his case is:
We met when he had his application in federal court for PRAA . we fell in love. At that moment, I thought federal court will decide in his favour and we can live happily after. But then it got rejected. Meanwhile, his passport got expired. He went to ask CBSA that what should he do. They informed him that he should wait till they process his travel documents since his passport is expired. He keeps going to CBSA office for his attendance .( He came here on student visa five years ago and over stayed for two months when he delayed extending his student visa in 2015, and got caught. CBSAA issued removal orders but let him apply for PRAA, which he did and stayed)
I got married to him meanwhile in Canada and can sponsor him as I am on PR, my citizenship application is approved and I am waiting for my oath ceremony. My income is more than 50,000/annum. I want to sponsor him inland. The only reason that I am waiting to apply is because we are waiting for our marriage certificate. In Ontario marriage registration takes 10 weeks and further 2 weeks to acquire a certification. But we do have marriage license/marriage solemnization certificate. Please let me know what are my options. I am also looking for a well reputed lawyer to take upon our case.
We do have proof to show our marriage is genuine as we have dated for 6 months before marriage.
Please advise/ recommend lawyer Mississauga/ Toronto region.

You can expedite your marriage certificate by sending Service Ontario a request along with "proof of urgency".
https://www.ontario.ca/faq/what-proof-urgency-when-requesting-birth-marriage-or-death-certificate

Here is a sample of letter from a related thread: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/sample-letter-proof-of-urgency-marriage-certificate-ontario-t190108.0.html
Google for updated fax number.

In my opinion, they are really awesome people and will help you expedite your marriage certificate. My passport was expiring and my embassy wanted a marriage license to renew my passport. I think they sent me a license within a week of this letter.

Regarding lawyers, I am not sure. But there are various threads for this query. Do a quick search and you can call them for a quote. I know someone posted this link: http://immigrationteacher.blogspot.com. But I am not sure if they would be good for your scenario.

You had better have a really strong case proving a genuine marriage. Your situation is going to get a close review. I am not passing judgment just warning you to gather proof and lots.
