You need to provide his full profile. Also, what is your status in Canada?

He got refusal before for open work permit and the. i decided to apply for visitor visa but he got refusal again.
He owns lands in india and the property documents put in file worth 5 million Canadian but cash amount was only 4 lac Indian currency.
I am on work permit in canada from last two years.
The only reason they gave for refusal is financial instability.
I wants to re apply what should i do on that context.

Thank you

You can apply for him as a sponsor if you meet the income requirements. Him only having ~ 6000 CAD is probably the cause of the refusal. I mean he how would he even pay the property tax on land worth 5 million CAD with only 6000 CAD

So i decided to ask him to put more cash in his bank account like 25000$cad is it gonna be a good idea and i will keep $5000 in my account just to support.

Thank you

yeah that's not going to work. he'll have to provide proof of funds. they will ask how he got it, and if he's borrowing it from someone. $5000 in the account is not the problem. you will need to provide your income tax documents to show that you can support him. I think it needs to be >$25000 per annum

What if my tax return is not greater than that. Moreover what if he proof by putting his land documents as a supporting document for the money he have.
