Hi Everybody,

My hearing postponed due to security clearances, so what does that mean ? and how long it will take to get a new date ?

when was your hearing date? and did they inform you? through lawyer or directly by email ? Please answer because I have my hearing in first week of August.
 
My hearing is on 19 of this month and today my lawyer informed my by phone about that
 
So, they inform lawyers not the clients. The hearing postponement is painful. I hope you get a new date soonest.

I wish and hope that I should not get my hearing postponed.
 
I've mentioned this before but due the increased number of asylum seekers your first hearing will most likely be cancelled. I would still prepare but the system was already at capacity and now is overstretched.
 
Just to informed you that, I received a call from my lawyer to tell me that I got a new date .. the new date is on 17 Aug .. so I hope to get approval ..

It was really quick that you got another new date.you are lucky buddy.are you from Toronto or Montreal?
