My FSW application

My FSW application for NOC 3131 was received on 07.11.2011 in CIO. 440 seats are already filled for this NOC. How will I know if my application is considered for processing or not? when will they take the processing fee? If my processing fee is not withdrawn and the cap is reached, does it mean my application is rejected? Will I get an aknowledgement of receipt?

Your application reached CIO just yesterday !
Now it takes roughly a month for the PER and about 2 weeks for fee encashment by CIO (you can check after 2 weeks with your bank if your payment was encashed or not)
I believe you have made it, but god forbid if cap reaches before your turn comes....then they will issue a NER and refund your fees !
