she is going to apply...but her spouse have 2 adult kids - over 22 in his home country, and 2 minor kids in US. He has no custody, no vistiation rights, just paying child support in US. US kids has no his name, and he is not on their birth certificate, should they even list them?, they have no contact to mother of his kids and no contact to any of kids. What they should do????
my friend has a doubts...would you help????

And not only that, he cant sponsor them in future (if his current situation with children change) if he doesn't list them.PMM said:
