my first time tourism visa was rejected

i applied for visiting visa to Canada, and i want to stay for 45 days and i have 9000 Canadian dollars and properties investment in my home country, but my application was refused and three point was mentioned, TRAVEL HISTORY, length of proposed stay, purpose of visit, i did say in my application that am going for tourism, , what do i do to convince the Canadian immigration officer, do i have to travel to different places before i can visit Canada, if i don't stay and make money in my country how will have have sufficient fund to proof? please help

What evidence did you show to prove that you have strong ties to your home country? Proof of employment? Proof of property ownership? Anything else?

45 days is a long trip and makes it look like you don't really have strong ties to your home country. If you want to apply again, I would recommend you go with 2-3 weeks.

thank for the advice i will considered 2 weeks but i really want to relax in Canada for few days and am trying to be honest, i don't have intention to stay in Canada as my business will suffered back at home

Did you provide any proof of the business you have back home?

Is your spouse staying in your home country and not traveling with you? Did you mention this in your application?

By showing too much bank balance you can not manage visa officer that you are a genuine low risk visitor.To prove it you have to show so many transaction (balance is not effect at all),strong travel history (earlier visitor experience in to UK/Australia/New Zealand/European Eunion) & definitely strong ties to home country.You can fix travel for just for a few days along with confirmed hotel booking & your visiting planning schedule (which places you want to visit and when you will visit and why you will be visit).

yes my spouse stays in my home country and she is not travelling with me as she is working as a care worker,

yes i did provide the proof of my property investment in my home country, four properties.

my past travel history , i only travel to two neighboring countries and come back same day.

my country of citizenship is south Africa,


my profession is offset lithographic machine minder, but stop working this year February to focus on my property business.

i have no relatives in Canada as i will stay in the hotel throughout my visit

thank you AZAD 2020, THANK for the advice, the point is am not really someone who like travelling , just want to visit based on what my friend told me about NIAGARA FALL, want to see it myself if possible go again with my family , i don't think its of important to waste money just because i want to travel, by going all the planet so that i can travel to a particular place, that's just my opinion. am thinking of trying again if not succeed then i give up. that will be better then wasting all my hard earn money to travel in other for the visa officer to be happy .

It is clear that you are not a genuine visitor.So if you reapply 100 times,you will get same result.If you don't want to waste your money,why you are going to re apply?Don't think you as over smart than those visa officer who are well trained and can judgement on the base of your application.As a unknown person if I can feel your actual motivation to visit Canada why visa officer will not understand.Anyway,it is depend on you how you will act but wishes best for you.

hey azad 2020, being a genuine visitor or not is not important my dear friend , you can feel my intention, its your opinion, like i said to you am not going to travel all over the world because of visa , my home country is beautiful , am only traveling for pleasure ,if i can quit job of over 4000 dollars to face my business , why should i travel to Canada to work? there are over 114 countries a south African can travel to without visa , don't think every people are desperate to travel , and mind you i was not refused visa for not having sufficient money, or for lack of strong ties in my home country, i was refused based on minor fault. let see what happen after festive season.

why should i travel to UK ?, then looking for business partner in Canada when clearly am not going to Canada for business? , to me that is FRAUD. may be is people like you who want to travel at all cost , by building fraudulent document that make life difficult for others.

Earlier I was thought just you are not a genuine visitor but now I am guessing about are you really a genuine business related person?FYI,genuine visitor or business man never calculate money like you are calculating!I have so many close freind in your country who are doing logistics & trading business with Canada.There are two kind of business -one is local and another is international world wide.May be you are belongs to local business.That is my mistake as I thought your business is international related like importer.I have three logistics business worldwide and I am a reputed exporter and importer in my country.I visited all over country since last 15 years just due to business and tourism purposes through business class (normally I can go economic class also if I calculate and thought like you).I just pay my staff salary per month approx USD 60,000.00 per month worldwide.It is my mistake to thought you as a genuine business personality who never care about money but always care about their reputation.If you are not desperate why you are re applying so quickly.In my personal history I never been refused by any embassy till yet and often they advised me to be immigrant as a business investor .
