my first post: I've got 395 points , now what to do?

this is my first post here. you're all amazing guys, seriously, the way you help each other make this forum really valuable and trusted . hats off to all of you!

now i created my profile under FSW / express entry and i got total 359 points now what should i do beside waiting? and how long approximately should i wait? also is there anything i can do to get the invitation faster? also what are the chances that i can get job offer? just talking directly to companies ?

note:
my IELTS score is 7.5
and I’ve BSC of electrical engineering and I’m 31 yrs old and single

You won't be selected under FSW with so few points.

You should improve your IELTS score.

Also look into the Provincial programs.

Chances of getting a job offer are very low.

Improve IELTS and consider a master degree, but in your case when you turn 32,33... will get less points, so try with the IELTS. What is your separate score?

i don't know if i can get higher score! i will start looking into PNP.

That's not a good one for the CIC, you should get at least CLB 9:

You are welcome! you actually have a good score, just try to improve the writing to a 7.
