Study Permit Refused because of family ties in Canada and my country and Financial status .my question is : in my next reapply , if i correct those 2 refusal reasons the agent will be satisfied and i got my study permit ? or the agent will treat my application all over again and i may risque for other refusal reasons ? i really need that answer ..

Whether you apply for the first time or reapply, you need to cover all points that could lead to a refusal. Including but not limited to home ties, financials, gaps, career prospects, program relevancy and career progression.

yes true. you can still refused for other reason because different VO will treat your case

If you do not want to take risk just order GCMS notes. And then address all the points mentioned by VO.
