My file is in second review and got ITA for EE today

Hi guys,

I applied to CEC in July 31st and got AOR on 16th oct. My file went to second review coz of company address and everything else looks good. I did got an ITA today for EE. I'm an university graduate with good IELTS score and 2 years of canadian experience. What should I do now do I have to drop CEC file or apply EE without droping CEC
 
if you can afford it, it won't hurt to apply via EE. You can have both applications processing at the same time.
 
Thanks but my WP is going to end next month on OCT 8th. Do i still able to apply for CEC (i applied for BOWP but seeing recent trend i dont think i will get my WP this year >:()

As long as you have one application in process you will be fine for BOWP. However, i would suggest apply for FSW category under EE.. and have CEC in process simultaneously.. i will not recommend cancelling CEC application and applying for EE CEC.
 
you can have the old CEC application "in process" and apply through EE for CEC, no need to cancel anything...

You do not need a new work permit to apply for EE. Since you applied for your BOWP before the old permit expired, you will be on "implied status" after your current permit expires, so you will still have valid status in Canada and can continue to work. Nonethless, none of that is required to apply. Well of course, if you're in Canada, you DO have to have valid status, but there is no requirement to have a job or stay in Canada.
 
I got invitation in fsw and i dont have foriegn exp can i still apply or i have to cancel my application ita
