I applied for my father's super visa in September 2024. I got the result jan 2025, they rejected it saying that my LICO is not met. But my income is above the income requirement mentioned on the site. I applied only for my father and I am not married. So according to 2 people according to site it should be 36,576 and mine is about 40,000. My agent applied the file with T1 summary which mentions the income correctly but he did not add NOA or T4 document in the file. What should I do?

Reapply with T4 and NOA. So another parent wasn’t included. Agent should have known better. Fire agent.
It was only for my father , my mother already has a visitor visa. So only way is to reapply , no way to appeal the previous application with additional documents ?
That means your calculations were incorrect. You have at least 3 people in your household (regardless your mother got visa or not). Wait to re-apply until next month or so, when you have the NOA and T4 for 2024.
You never said you had a mother on TRV. You are 3 people if you have a mother and she is on TRV. Reapply with NOA/T4 with income for 3 people. If you don’t meet LICO, then rightly refused.
You are a family of 3 not 2. Have father apply for TRV.
