My family pass medical checkup around 5 months ago but no visa update till now

we gave our medical checkup in March 2018 and we Passed our medical test as well we also revieved Message in email also But i dont know how much time we should wait..??? any one know for family permanent resident How much visa process is ?

We are also on the same boat. got our medicals in may and my mom had been interviewed in july. until now we are waiting for passport requesr. hopefully you’ll get yours soon!
