My family got landing papers in 2005, could not come,now i want to sponsor them

Me and My family got landing papers in 2005, I came to canada, but my spouse and kids could not come. I became citizen, and now i want to sponsor my same wife and same kids again. I still have their landing papers with me. Should i return their landing papers to CIC and then sponsor them or no need to return the papers and i just need to sponsor them just like a new sponsorship.

No need to return any papers. Just submit a family sponsorship application like anyone else would.

How old are the children now? You can only sponsor them if they are still 18 or under.

Just submit as a new application...
Need to remember that new age for dependent children is 18 years...

most likely that the UCI will be the same as in the original application,
and they will know that they got granted the status ...

"18 or less" means the exact same thing as "less than 19"

Your question has already been answered. Your children must be 18 years or less in order for you to be able to sponsor them. Otherwise they must qualify to immigrate independently.

Technically it's less than 19 or before turning 19 years of age. One can still be a dependent at 18 years 11 months. By saying "18 or less" implies exactly 18 years old or less and not a day over 18 years old.
