I received an email from CIC tonight saying that my profile is ineligible, all my previous scores have been gone and i'm really confused. Can anyone advise me what to do?

Hi Marc,

Sorry to hear that. You might have updated some information in your profile, which might have made it ineligible. There is nothing you can do now to revive it. You have to create a new EE Profile from the beginning.

Thanks & Regards,

Has your IELTS or medical exam expired recently?

The system automatically makes profiles ineligible if certain things expire. Maybe worth looking into, if that could be the reason.

I did go through my application and I realised I have entered CAD 11931 as the amount for proof of funds. I had over 10 Lakh in my account which is around 19500 as FD. After couple of months the minimum funds got updated to some 12000 CAD and i guess that tricked the system in believing that I did not have sufficient funds. I am recreating my profile and I will send the sane to ONIP with an LOE.

You are not the first person on here with that issue. A few others also got caught with the same fund requirement adjustment issue.

By creating a new profile and informing OInP about the new profile, you should be right back on track.
