My Express entry profile in eligible: Please help

I submitted ex.entry profile under CEC but it says my profile is not eligible.

Age: 28
Master degree - Finished master's degree in part-time education.
23 months work experience in Canada in ICT closed WP
No job offer and No LMIA
Celpip score: 8,8,7,7 (completed on Nov 2014)
proof of funds: $3000
ECA completed for bachelor's and masters
professional career started at July 2007
NOC 2174
can any one help me?

For FSW, the minimum funds requirement is not met - hence ineligible.
Not sure why you aren't eligible for CEC though..

The funding requirement not met. You need to have at least $11,931 CAD with you.

3 $18,260
4 $22,170
5 $25,145
6 $28,359
7 or more $31,574

Just change the funding amount to $12000 or more and see it makes you eligible.

I have seen some CEC candidates providing PoF. So it is better to declare the required amount according to your family size.

When is this amount of 11900 $ required?,at the time when we make online account of EE or when we get ITA.

And do this amount has to be in the form of bank statement for a few months or should be in the form of demand draft?

Should be in the bank, earlier the better. Bank certificate/statement needs to be submitted after ITA and funds should be available till the PR is granted.
