My ex husband did not process the kit that he received from the immigration

Hi I have a big problem or maybe it's a blessing in disguise..
I worked as a live in caregiver but Now I'm under open work permit..I passed the initial stage of approval for pr and the immigration sent the kit to my ex for family sponsorship. The thing is he did not process it and it has expired now..I now filed for a divorce and will not include him anymore in the sponsorship..I want to sponsor

just my kids as I'm currently living with my bf whom now is my common law partner.

Should I ask for another kit and file it myself?my divorce paper did not come out yet though.

My application for pr is as well pending.

Need some advice pls.

Will it affect my pending application for pr?

so you're husband (ex) was sponsoring you inland for PR? and you divorced halfway through and didn't receive your PR?

or you applied for PR another way? im sorry i don't understand.

I believe she applied through the live in caregiver program.
