Hello guys,

I am working at a Mobilicity store for 1 year. It is a authorized dealer of Mobilicity. I meet all the requirements for CEC. The only thing I am worried about is the compay only has 1.5 year history and only has 1 employee (me). Are there any requirements for the company? Is the company qulified for CEC? Thanks! :)

Read the information and instructions, make sure you qualify, and supply all the required documents. No need to invent new requirements, there are plenty already :)

For another category which also required 2 years at least, I applied when I only had 1 month less than 2 years, and in my returned application it was highlighted as one of the main reasons for returning it to me!

You did not meet the requirements at the time you applied. That has nothing to do with the OP's question. But it's a good example (unfortunate for you) of what can go wrong if you don't pay attention to the instructions.

No difference. The CIC does not care about the history of the company.
You are right jes_ON, but as you also said, I mentioned this, to show that regardless of your situation, 2 years is the minimum for gaining eligibility.
I sent my application on the hope that when they start considering my application, that month has already passed and thus 2 years has been passed indeed ;D

True, if you are applying in the Foreign Worker stream. But the OP might be applying in the graduate stream, which requires 1 year of experience, we just don't know. We also don't know what the NOC is. So just a word of caution to the OP - make sure you understand the requirements :)

Yes, I graduated from a Canadian university, so I only need 1 year working experience. The only thing I am worried about is the company history. If the CIC doesn't care about the company, than there would be no problem. Thanks.

They care that it is a legitimate business with whom they can verify your employment experience.
