My employer has 70k this year last year he has $156k ......any solution???

My employer has 156k in 2021 and in 2022 he has $70k due to his mother death .he was upset and can't be able to maintain.but this year he will maintain 100k in 2024.Any solution???? Plz guide me. I am single applicant .my timeline is 12th jan 2022.

Has IRCC asked for additional documents? If not, what is the issue.

They didn't ask for additional documents.but i am asking for my information if they ask then i have to prepare for it.

He will submit his NOA, bank statements if asked. Can’t change NOA so submits what he has.

NOA for Employers have been asked for both Inside and Outside Applicants under Category 1

Does employer have a spouse and any dependants? Either way it is low.
