I did last Wednesday. The CIC was unaware of the problem. They thought it was an isolated case. So they sent me an email with some questions to fill up. Then I got contacted by a CIC agent via email mentioning that they are looking into the problem and soon as they have an answer they will get in touch.

My ecas is back to normal w/ no update
