My duties are a subset of those listed in my NOC

My best fitting NOC description lists 7 duties:

Activity 1, Activity 2, ... Activity 7

I do Activity 1, 2, and 4 as my primary job, although I did a little bit of the others. My employer, however, has only agreed to write about my 3 primary activities.

Is that going to be a problem because my activities are only a subset of those listed (e.g. 3 out of 7)?

That's right. The 3 duties are not simple though, they're enough to keep me busy 40 hours a week.

ok, It is hard for me to imagine only 3 duties but if they are so comprehensive that they cover about 50-60% of your NOC job responsibilities then you should be good.
